My husband and I have worked out with Kelly and Tom at the Fitchburg Orange Shoe for several years. They are both professional trainers who are prepared for each class, keep track of my progress, motivate us through difficult workouts and make sure we are doing all movements correctly and safely. I like that they worked to get to know me, understand my specific goals and after several years they continue to help me make progress.
