Olson's Hearing Center Ltd

Went in for the free hearing test but when finished- she writes the results on a plain sheet of blank paper and below it writes the 3 different prices for hearing aids, I asked for a copy and she just makes a copy of that sheet. Wouldn't you think , an established business would have an actual audiology report form and a printed price lsit. Are the prices different for different customers? The more I get into the hearing aid purchase business- there seem to be a lot of scammers out there!
