We needed to buy a printer on short notice. So, I didn't have the time to invest to do the research that I typically would. We asked a staff member, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He spent about 10 mins explaining differences and features, as well as answering all of our questions about the printer, and the ink cartridges. We were there and back home in under an hour. The time that I saved by talking to this employee makes me reconsider buying in store as opposed to on-line or Wal-mart. It saved me a few hours in research for sure!
