Newport Park

Nice park, good launch, easy access, launch fee wasn't too bad. Clean restrooms. Only problem was the river was high so they raised the launch dock way up and you couldn't use it. That made launching and retrieving your boat alot more difficult.

Great beach, clean sand, FREE!! Go here with the family enjoy the river, which is relatively clean and warm. Explore up the creek right there at the sand bar and find your inner-child again, you won't regret it!
