I started to experience problems with Network Health shortly after ThedaCare decided to terminate it's relationship with them. Even though these two parties decided to continue through to the end of the year to "ensure a continuity of care" for the patients involved, these folks treated me much differently in this interim period between when the announcement was made and the end of the year.
My experience having them pay for a badly needed and previously authorized prescription was one of the most miserable experiences I have had to endure with any health insurance company, bar none.
