Nature's Preserve Pet Care

(Couple of years ago) Our furbaby (rescue we only had 2 months) was on phenobarbatol to control seizures. I had ordered meds & going to pick up before noon on Christmas eve (they closed at noon). I arrived before 11:30 am & they were closed already. I scrambled, called a previous vet we used for a prior dog. They fit us in, examined him & gave us the script. When Petcare Centre opened again 2 days later (12/27) I called to express my disgust. When I asked about them supposed to be open until noon on the 24th, they giggled & said they closed early. This is not a drug our dog could've gone without, he could've died. I was livid & I told them so, then demanded they send our records to our previous vet. I had gone there on the recommendation of a friend but would never ever use them again. They are probably a fine vet clinic but I have a long memory.
