Was finally time to replace our 20+ yr old air conditioning unit due to ongoing issues. Nate came out right away (despite a heat wave keeping him very busy). Felt we got Goodall honest info. about our options. Had him install a new unit. Was very flexible with OUR schedule and availability. Very prompt and overall good service.
