I am really enjoying my renting experience with Morgenson Realty and plan on upgrading to a larger apartment within the next 6 months. I moved here from a poor living situation this past spring, and I needed to get out very quickly. They made it easy for me, as everyone was extremely timely and responsive to all of my calls, questions and concerns, and approved my application right away. They are true professionals. The apartment at check-in was absolutely spotless as promised. Since then, I have had only one maintenance problem that I have needed to have fixed (a clogged drain) and it was fixed within 24 hours. A few weeks back, we had a gas leak near our building which necessitated evacuation. I was at work at the time, and received a phone call from Tricia, the manager, who already had a plan in place for evacuation and volunteered to rescue my dog out of my apartment. Tricia and the maintenance team took care of my dog for the rest of the afternoon. I was able to rest easy knowing that the leak was already being fixed and that my dog was safe! I cannot say enough about how much I love living here. Definitely 5 stars!
