I just made an appointment with them for later this week for new tires, and the gentleman was so helpful. He was the only one at the desk to answer the phone, and he was very apologetic at having to put me on hold to answer another call, which didn't bother me at all. I've called a few other places to get new tires, and this place was by far the most pleasant and had the best prices. I moved to Milwaukee from Ohio, so I was thinking I would need snow tires. No one seemed to have snow tires for my vehicle, so the other places offered me four all-season tires for upwards of $600. Munro offered me the same four all-season tires for less than $400. The gentleman seemed so honest and sincere over the phone and assured me (in a non-salesman-like fashion) that the all-season tires will be okay for the winter. I will post another update after my appointment. So far, so good.
I went here for awhile because it is very affordable. Lowest price I could find for oil changes. I decided to not come here anymore because the last time I brought my car in, I think they didn't rotate my tires even though it is included in the oil change. I am missing a rim on a tire, so that is how I know. It was in the same place after the oil change. Also, I brought my car in for an alignment and it was off a week later. I found out my sway bar, cv joint, and control arm would have to be replaced. These things could have broke after the fact, but I think this might of been a reason why they should not have given my car an alignment. I can''t prove when any of this stuff actually broke, so I can't prove that they gave me an alignment when they shouldn't have. This is a good place to have tires patched though
Absolutely love this place, always so nice and accommodating! Up front about prices and never try to over sell on services you don't need. Highly recommend!
