We were very impressed with the attention to detail, the desire to meet our needs as changes occurred throughout the project and Jeremy's responsiveness and accessibility. The project did take longer than expected but there were supplier delays and crew changes that impacted the project. The workers were all very friendly and comfortable to be around. We are looking forward to enjoying our addition and know that Jeremy will be available when the winter is over if we have any needs or concerns. We will definitely look to Monk Construction for future projects!

Jeremy was great to work with: very professional, detailed oriented, good follow through and communication. He offered many suggestions and options we had not considered. Very fine workmanship. His crew, even though we never met, left a perfectly clean construction site. Had we not seen the finished garage we would not have known they were even present.
