I ordered a product from this company and they shipped the product to the billing address instead of the shipping address. I checked the tracking information online and noticed the mistake. I called them and pointed out the problem, at which point I was told they would re-route the package as it had just been dropped off and was still sitting at the shipping facility in Wisconsin. The product was not re-routed and was shipped to Florida and not to Ohio where it was to be shipped. The package arrived in Florida and I called again and was told that they would ship me a new one directly from Wisconsin to avoid any further delay. The package from Florida was instead shipped to me and was received over a week late at which time I had gone ahead and completed the job without using the product. I emailed the company asking for their return policy as was told that I could return the product for a full refund. I spent $45 shipping the product back to the company insured and never received a refund. I emailed the company asking why I haven't received a refund and received no response. I then called the company and was told that the product was returned damaged and they would call me back. I never received a call back and disputed the charge. The company told AMEX that they sent me pictures of the damaged product and told me that they would issue a refund once they received the insurance money but no refund on my initial shipping charges. This is a lie as they never returned my phone call or emails and never sent pictures of the damaged product and made no mention of honoring my refund. I once again called the company at which point the person on the phone was very nasty, called me a liar and essentially told me that I have no product, no refund and am responsible for filing the insurance claim. I will never ever do business with this company and would never recommend anyone else doing so even if they were the last company in the world to have the desired product.
