Midwest Dental Wausau

Was a terrible experience. Already being nervous about going to see a dentist their attitudes were less than appropriate. Iarrived 30 min early to fill out paperwork and the entire time one of there workings litterally hovered over me the entire time while I completely filled it out without even introducing herself. That was awkward.handed my insurance information over I was told it wasnt real. And I should have a separate card which I obviously didn't. After them telling me I needed to pay in full that day with no payment options till we straightened out their error with my insurance I was kindly escorted from the building with no exam or empathy of the situation. Very displeased and unsatisfied. I should of took the other bad reviews to heart before entering the business. Whole experience was a joke.

I had dental work done and normally I'm always terrified. The dentist Dr. Charging and hygienist Lynn were awesome. They explained every step of the way, reassured me and made me feel calm. A good dental hygienist has always been an important part of my choice of dentist. I am 69 and I think I found both of them! I was very impressed with their skills. Anita Lavin
