As a frequent customer of a variety of Subways, I assume a certain amount of consistency between one subway to the next. I chalked the first bad experience with a sloppily prepared sandwich and half the meat of any other Subway sandwich to perhaps a new or single lazy employee. The second time this happened at the same subway I was newly pregnant and chalked the same poorly made sandwich up to perhaps a combo of bad coincidence and my hormonal general lack of appetite that the sandwich was utterly unedible (went back because is right down the street from where we live). Today, my husband is returning for a third time (he is a glutton for punishment and a sucker for marketing and wants the autumn carved turkey). I am pessimistic but will update after this experience, as I have told him this is the last chance I will be giving this particular location. Beware... not all Subways are created equal, and this one is abysmal. Make sure to watch the employees carefully while they make your food or you may be paying for a dry bun, sparse and unevenly distributed meat, and wilted veggies. Step it up Menasha Subway. There is a reason you are so poorly ranked in comparison with your far superior sister shops. You give Subway as bad a name as Jared recently had.
The worker there I think her name was Kalli? She was very polite and very quick with taking my order. Customer service goes a long way!
