i have took a couple of my family's cars for repairs. the price is always far and they are letting me know what was happing all the through the process so there was no surprises. great costumer service, far pricing.

I am actually out of Chicago but went to Meister on a recommendation from a local customer of mine in the Appleton area. Jake was honest, transparent and overall a pleasure to deal with! Their pricing/labor rates are very reasonable, especially considering that they are working on german imports (Audi). While I did have some issues with my initial repair work, Meister stepped up and went above and beyond to make the situation right. I highly recommend and will definitely return if I have any additional service needs. Thanks again Jake!

I never write reviews but this business deserves one Meister Import did exactly what they promised on time and under budget The repair/replacement on my car was extensive and done very well What I also value was they took the time to answer all my questions on multiple occasions. (Part of the repair was complicated) A family business, Good place Good people
