U-Haul, Please read these comments! Mechanical Services (Sherry & Brian) were some of the nicest most helpful people I have ever met. I was going through a tough time that day with a family tragedy and they extended a helping hand - and then some! They gave me the ball mount attachment off of their personal car so the U-Haul hitch would fit. They stayed open late for me so I could still pick up my trailer that day. And most of all, they genuinely cared. Just to reiterate... I was a stranger to them, and they genuinely cared about my well-being - that is the most important takeaway here. U-Haul employees, if you read this please pass this note along to U-Haul executive/management team so they know what a good partner they have in Mechanical Services, Inc. of Oshkosh, WI.
