McDonald's

My orders here are wrong more often than not, and when I call to complain they say they will send out a gift certificate. I've been told this three times, for three different messed up orders, and nothing ever came. They simply don't care. It's no wonder McDonald's is starting to struggle as a company. There is no customer service because the employees don't care.
