Drive thru is slow then you get cold fries or an old iced tea watered down from melted ice way too often. Napkins aren't always provided, be sure to ask. Inside is slow too. You can't drop in for a quick coffee drink. There are few fast food restaurants in Oconomowoc so they get plenty of business. Seems like this has lessened their attention to quality and customer service.

I've had nice results at this location with accurate food. The morning drive thru can be a bit packed and the staff that is both taking orders and collecting payments seem a bit frazzled.
