Poor management, run down machines that do not get fixed. They tell you it's "your company", nothing could be farther from the truth. If you have a family and like spending time with them don't work here. If you don't like the 50 to 60 hour work weeks you're told "there's the door". Rates are set by people who have no idea what's going on. Management thinks they can run everything from their office; they have no interaction with employees. Management plays favorites with employees and if you're not part of their "clan" they'll do whatever they can to drive you out the door. They claim safety is their first concern but anytime you bring something up it goes in one ear and out the other and nothing gets done about it. Numerous OSHA violations at the facility I have no idea how they haven't been fined yet. You don't even get paid sick time, all you get is 24 hours unpaid sick time per year which you cannot even use until all your vacation time is gone. Everybody hates their job, only staying there until they find something better. I would NEVER recommend working here to anyone.
