Master Lube

Price okay, service fine.

Very poor service, took my vehicale to get a oil change and after they started on the oil change they said there would be a increase in price by double the original price. Would have been cheaper going to dealer, when done with oil change they suggested a new cabin air filter because there was some leaves in it, the filter itself was in good condition, I asked if they could just take leaves out and was rude about it, when paying for service they said they had to change the oil plug because it was bad, $89 later I had to take the car to a dealer because there was a loud noise coming from dash, dealer said there was leaves in blower motor and I explained to them about oil change and filter and said the filter itself was in good condition and the problem was because of the poor service at master lube. So $236 later after taking dash apart and a $89 oil change I will not be going to master lube again!
