My storage unit had standing water in it when I came to move my belongings out. Half of my things were ruined beyond repair. I was advised by the owner to leave the ruined items in the unit until this was resolved. After a month of trying to resolve the issue and be lead on a wild goose chase by the owners, I was told the owners would do nothing for me, I was screwed. So, I returned to get my belongings. I was physically attacked by the owner when I tried to come and get my ruined items. I called the police and 2 squad cars came to resolve the issue. I would never do business with Mary's Custom Storage ever again and I'd advise anyone else the same.
