This was the first time dealing with Malkin's. The salesman made several suggestions that really helped us prepare for the Luxury vinyl flooring installation. We replaced the kitchen flooring and the entry hallway which was concrete with tile on it. The installer made some suggestions that really made the difference. When he installed the kitchen floor it was perfect all around the kitchen cabinets with one piece of vinyl. It was so close that we did not have to replace the toe molding.I also included some photo's showing the prep work and installed floor. It turned out to be a perfect installation. Very good communication and a real team effort.
