It's generally nicer stuff in better condition, but also a bit pricey for used clothes. If you enjoy digging through the racks at Goodwill, do that first. Otherwise, come straight here and you'll surely find something you like.
Staff has been friendly and laid-back every time I've shopped here, so no complaints there. I haven't tried trading anything in, so I can't speak on behalf of that. I think the only qualm I have is that the men's section is relatively small.
