These people are amazing. They are people who truly care about you as a person and not just a patient. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Alton and his surgical assistant Connie. I reluctantly went to them after 20 years of avoiding my horizontally impacted wisdom teeth. I literally went in crying (I'm 37 years old) and they were so kind and caring and made sure I knew exactly what procedure was being done (coronectomy, as I was high risk for nerve damage). Connie never left my side. I had iv sedation but I distinctly remember holding on to her shirt through my procedure. They were continuously reassuring me that everything was going great and everything was ok. Dr. Alton is an extremely talented oral surgeon and it was obvious he cared most about my comfort and my safety. And Connie brought me to tears (good tears) with how she took me under her wing. She made sure that I was able to contact her throughout the weekend ON HER OWN PERSONAL TIME. I just have nothing but wonderful things to say about these people. I don't even know how to thank them.
