Mad City Windows & Baths

We had a new patio door and screen installed. The window quality is excellent. It is a very heavy door with a floor security lock. However, we had an issue with the installation. The door was difficult to open so it had to be readjusted a couple times. The screen door also catches and had to be adjusted. It is better, but when we close it, it catches and hesitates as if there is something that is binding.
