Macy's

Me and my fellow bestfriend were navigating the store and out of no where the bottom door to head into the mall shut quickly with no warning. It was extremely rude of them to do that with no warning. Then we head upstairs to go out to the mall and the lady saw us and closed the door and yelled "you can exit through the side doors towars the parking lot." Very rude of Macys workers to do this with no advance warning. Never going to shop here again!

They tried to accommodate my return, but it took about 30 min. to get the full refund. Otherwise, clean with nice staff.
