Lowe's Home Improvement

The service I received was terrible. If it wasn't the fact I bought a toilet last year and menards doesn't carry that same toliet I would have walked right out after getting the sales associate I received. She was completely rude and condescending. I have shopped at Lowe's for sometime because there is generally a wider selection of nice things, however this was an extremely bad experience. Also, I should mention how is it that in the middle of the day there is no associate at the customer service desk! I was standing there for well over 10 minutes! Lowe's what is going ON!
