Six months in to having Litewire and quite happy with it. Customer service has been very good. Most recently I contacted them about our download/upload speeds. I was expecting to hear "no problem on our end, must be your modem." I did get the "no problem on our end" part but they followed up with some recommendations for setting changes on my modem. Speeds are now as they should be.
