Ace hardware in Little Chute had better get their act together! They had an item priced different than what it scanned at the register. It scanned in at $1.00 higher. I had a one day coupon offer on 9/9/2017 for 50% off one item. The coupon would not work if they lowered the price MANUALLY for the $1.00 difference. That meant we would have split the difference to $.50 each. They would NOT do it. So they lost a $17.99 sale. So much for customer service. I will never walk in that place again. So Ace Hardware my question is, "was it worth losing a customer for $.50?" All of this was due to YOUR pricing error!!!!!
