Horrible service. Oxygen concentrator malfunctioned before leaving NICU with infant. Couldn't get through to customer service for a long time. Lincare kept calling that didn't have insurance information yet I was calling and giving it and then showed up one day to take all equipment back. Thank goodness she no longer needed, Pulmonologist just wanted it around another month if she would get sick and need again. Do not go through Lincare if you have the option, which we unfortunately did not.
