We had an excellent experience working with Rich Leaver. He was very professional, knowledgeable and got our survey done in a very timely manner. We also hired him to do the legwork of getting paperwork back and forth between county and township, filing and getting the signatures we needed. He took the time to communicate everything that was involved in the process and gave us specific instructions on what we needed to file, what fees needed to be paid, etc. so we didn't have to deal with any of that stress. He kept the whole process moving very smooth. We definitely recommend Leaver Land Surveying LLC!!!!
