This is a horrible example of BLACK OWNED...Initially customer service was horrible. The staff is young, rude and unsupervised. I got my eyebrows done there against better judgement. Janee was very pleasant and service was great initially. The outcome (my brows) are uneven, not filled in completely. Went in and talked to the owner. She was unwilling to assist me. Spoke to the receptionist today and she was rude, disrespectful and unwilling to assist. I'm once again waiting to hear back. It may be time for me to contact the Better Business Bureau.
