Owners were nice to us, they helped us out a lot with letting us stay on a short term basis prior to their main opening day. Main complaint was that I did feel we were going to some how break the rules and get kicked out for it. Oh and the well water is super stinky and will definitely stain the walls in the shower, sinks etc.
