Bought a baguette at West Bend Farmers Market this morning - very disappointed! It was NOT fresh... outside was hard, rubbery, not crispy and inside did not have the air holes or tenderness as in true baguette. Don't waste you money on something you pay a lot for ($1 more than any other bakery baguette I have purchased) and get what was like frozen dough shaped long & thin.
