SO VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER MANY YEARS OF BANKING HERE....No notifications via txt and email like set up and supposed to get and got mail notification 9 days too late, due to an error with direct deposits funds ran low with a $5.00 check and they returned 4 checks and charge huge fees which I find out about by accident a week + after it occurs when checking status of $ transfer, has taken 2 months and debit card for new biz account still not ordered and told by 3 different people getting ordered and then, when need it most for our of town travel and long past delivery per last banker saying it'll be ordered, I get a thick envelope of paper work in the mail to APPLY for a debit card. They have pretty have pretty much ruined reputation of new business and i feel that the I customer service that used to be like being a family member has been replaced by something else...
