I always order from here as its only .2 miles away and I run an extremely busy lifestyle. Its usually great as of late though, not so much. We waited almost 2 hours for our sandwiches, one was veggie as I dont eat alot of meats. After an hour and a half we called to ask if they have delivered yet and needed help to see where we were and they told us the delivery boy was heading out. After another 15mins we called again to find out that hes just taking extra long. (keep in mind we live less than 5mins away , I walk there alot and it only takes me 10mins with lights and traffic) Once we get our sandwiches, one had meat on it, no peppers and was Defiantly not my sandwich in the first place . I handed them the bag and they looked inside. I got my refund, yes, and they were nice about it , HOWEVER I had left my phone there and they threw it away, Lied to my fiancee twice about it not being there then finally looked in the trash and went yes. its here. Im okay with never returning, one customer wont make a difference.
