Quite displeased with my service. I'll start off by saying, please do not speak to other employees while doing a customer's nails, you make "me" the customer feel awkward and uncomfortable, especially when NOTHING employee look in my direction.. with this being said, I was actually referred by a friend years ago, and I truly enjoyed the atmosphere. Times change and obviously staff does too
. I will be filing a complaint with head off/ management on BOTH of my experiences at this shop.. 1st altercation, I felt rushed I had a full set with color and 3 gems added on each ring finger, both hands gems fell off less than 24 hours of having them done, my work schedule wouldn't allow me to take off, my index nail Cracked and middle finger broke off.. I recently went in for a full fill and 1 nail replacement n I walked out paying again another 30$$ the next day, my thumb nail popped of with the slightest bit of pressure. I do NOT Want to come back so you guys can mess up my nails again, I have a mount of acrylic under my middle finger where she clearly could have cleaned, thinned down.. both alter altercations I felt rushed.... I am a very dissatisfied customer and I do NOT plan on rsturning.. I stead of paying all that money on flat screens for the business, hire employees that tend the the customers.. without us, you would have no business...
