Brought my Mini Countryman in for service — blue tooth not working. Took 2 days to “fix” it but when I went to pick it up, nothing was fixed. Spent 2 hours there dealing with the issue, testing, etc., which I wasn’t really planning on. Because one of their phones paired with my car, they told me to “go to T-Mobs and have the guy there look at it.” Yeah, like that was going to happen. They had, to their credit, given me a loaner car, which of course paired with my phone perfectly. Five days later, they called and said they were going to order a new radio which should take care of the blue tooth issue. Installed the new radio 4 days later and now NO phones pair with the car. Engineer still checking — they may have to order a new controller for the blue tooth. Bottom line — don’t think they addressed my issue from the start because they never believed it was a car issue so we lost about a week or so. No clue when I’ll get my car back, or if it will ever have blue tooth again. Disappointed in the way this was handled. Plus, a loaner car should be as nice, if not nicer, than mine, which this one definitely is NOT.
