The worse nail experience I have ever encountered. Watch out they are not using new items on customers and will spread anything infectious the person before you might have had. When tools are put in an autoclave they should be sealed after they are sterilized. Spritzing some rubbing alcohol on the item is not up to par. This lady upsold me into a gel manicure after all wanted was “cheap”’polish. Her words. I expressed concern saying five years ago I had that done and it was so thick and bubbly. She says, no this is new only been out two years. So I agree. Guess what, day 2 I have thick gross feeling nails with actually bubbles: I went back and asked them to remove the junk. I asked for my money back and the manager was incredibly rude. Said he would fix the two nails but there was nothing wrong with the work. It was terrible! I had to spend an hour there for them to remove this nasty stuff, scratch up my natural nails and my fingers were stinging for hours after it all. And he spent the whole time telling me I was wrong and their work was impeccable. Go somewhere else I would not ever repeat business here.
