The guy was go and educated, but EXPENSIVE. And the advance is not all its cracked up to be

Disapointed with the entire experiance. Went in for a simple tax prep thinking it would be easier than doing it on my own as usual. The "free" federal preparation was not free and in fact I was not told I would be charged for it until the end when the presented me with a bill that was twice as much as they found for me. This may have been worth it if the process was easy, it was not. What should have taken about an hour too over 2 AND I had to make a return trip the following day for issues. Issues that I found out I had because the person prepairing my taxes did not know what they were doing and we're doing. I feel like I paid far too much and received mediocre service in return. Most like likely go someplace, else or do it myself again, next year.
