I cannot tell you how strongly I encourage you to avoid doing business with this firm. The two times that I have used them for their epoxy flooring in my construction projects, their product has failed within months and in both cases, they tell me that it is my fault for having used the wrong chemicals on the floor. They never gave me a list of approved/disapproved cleaning chemicals. I have provided a list of chemicals used on the floor to them and they have accused me of lying about the cleaning chemicals I used. For the first six months, the owner failed to respond to phone calls and emails. After over 18 months of back and forth since then, it has become clear that the owner will never stand behind his work and is either incompetent or incapable of telling the truth. One way or the other, I would urge anyone considering this firm to immediately consult a different contractor
