Rich conducted two inspections for us as we were going through our home buying process. The first residence we decided not to purchase based on Rich's findings, potentially saving us from considerable financial burden. Rich showed up well before the scheduled time for both inspections, was very professional and courteous. Rich offered both professional opinions and opinions based on experience and what he has seen and made sure I understood the difference. Both inspections came with a very well documented report that were easy to follow and utilize as a checklist going forward.
