Kenny conducted a transaction for me at the customer service desk while logged in as someone else (I looked at the receipt to verify his name and it was a woman's name who was working nearby but not involved.). Kenny is a liar. He made up false answers to my questions, his answers were absurd and obviously false. When I asked him his source of information he was evasive and obviously still lying. I then asked him for a policy in writing that agreed with his words, and he said "You know what? I'm done talking to you," and he literally walked away from me, leaving me at the customer service counter with nobody helping me and plenty of customers staring at me. So I started video recording with my phone, and kindly requested the store manager. I had to request the store manager 2 more times, each 5 minutes apart, and he flat never showed up. When my video reached 11 min 35 sec I walked out of the store. Later I called the store manager and he had no explanation for never showing up at the customer service desk. He insisted he showed up right away. I pointed out that I had 12 minutes of video and he's not in it. "Well what can I help you with? was his answer." He was arrogant, defensive, and unsympathetic. You have a circus at Madison West Home Depot.
Why would I continue to shop there? I won't, and you shouldn't either.
