Brand new everything! Very clean. Very quiet. We were there for four nights. The room layout was good with a place to put the suitcase. It has coat hangers on the wall. New beds were comfortable. The fridge is the larger style college fridge. Breakfast had good choices. The tv was an LG so we could hook up the PlayStation and Apple TV. We would absolutely stay their again.
