I spent years working with Attorney John Claypool with the Herrling Clark Law Firm, settling a case vs. an insurance company that could quite possibly be the most difficult company to come to terms with. I could not have asked for a better experience, to say the least. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident at 17 years old, resulting in a serious injury to my lower spine. I came to John Claypool, not knowing what to expect. I had no knowledge of an attorney's job, how the court system worked, what my rights were, how much I was entitled to... but my questions were answered in a way that gave me peace of mind.
