My experience with Hendrickson Chiropractic would be deemed 'Poor' at best. I was under the impression I was going to learn about problems I had in my shoulders and neck, but instead ended up spending two hours being disrespected by the staff and left feeling uncomfortable, like I was listening to a sales pitch. The center itself is very clean and professional, but the care they provide is not. I had to wait for a considerable amount of time due to a low staff of actual doctors, and I was perturbed by the amount of religious and political comments during my visits. It is my opinion that these topics should stay out of a doctor-patient relationship. What I mean by a 'sales pitch' is that the doctors there use scare tactics to create urgency, basically saying if you don't accept their care, you will rapidly deteriorate and live an awful, unhealthy life. Their solution is to go through their expensive treatment not covered under any insurance, including a commitment to attending informational seminars and purchasing an expensive amount of dietary supplements. The way the staff treated me seemed incredibly passive and almost rude, and the doctors were unnecessarily pushy about committing me to an expensive treatment plan. The techniques they used did improve my neck problems for a few days, but the atmosphere of the facility and the greasy sales techniques of the doctors was not worth what another, more professional and medically accredited doctor could provide.
Friendly people at first, but I concur with previous reviews talking about the scare tactics used. They do have you sign a "wellness plan" but towards the end of my time going to this office the employees neglected to update mine and I was left forgotten about. Also the process just to get a plan in the first place was just a mess, be prepared to wait possibly for hours, and work the math over to make sure it adds up.. In fact the staff is part of the reason I stopped going. Which by the way the staff there are some of these reviews on here below mine, they are artificially trying to boost their rating so just be aware of that.Overall they have a great message about health, but they use the wrong tactics and people. Also they illegally copy movies and hand them out on discs to patients I've seen it many times, hella illegal folks.
