HassleLess Mattress

I purchased my order online from the comfort of my home. I am a guardian for a ward of the state, prior to the order I placed for my ward, he was sleeping on a futon mattress so anything above that was a great value. I looked at the hassleless website and I was pleasantly surprised. It was VERY basic, easy to follow, no ads, and placing the order was simple. I didn't feel the need to go to the store as anything above a futon grade would be an improvement. The brand names that were able to be chosen were all familiar to me and the website revealed how firm the choices were. Very easy to select. Plus for my ward, we had to stay within a certain dollar value and choosing which would be best was easy. The delivery was made to the group home without issue and they removed his old futon. My ward is very pleased with his new bed, is sleeping better, and I was very pleased with the service. I was supposed to get a delivery time range phone call the day before but I never did, so I emailed Weston and he responded within an hour and gave me a timetable. Perfect service!
