Hansen's Dairy & Deli

Place has gone horribly downhill within the last year or so. It seems as if the customer service is sliding downhill as well, everyone seems to distaste their job. The only one who was keeping it together was a young gentleman probably about 15 years old. Quite a disappointment when the adults can't seem to keep it collected and composed, sense it is their paycheck.... This is a memorable restraint for many people who grew up in Green Bay like I did. This was once a place where we all could enjoy Ice Cream or a nicely served meal in a clean, happy environment. Ice cream from a gas station is much better priced and tasting than the stuff they're serving now. Which is such a shame! Not too mention the ice cream dipping cabinets are filthy along with the dining room. CLEAN the dining room! This is where your customers EAT!! To whomever owns this meaningful restraint should defiantly take the time to organize new staff that enjoys cleaning and consider taking the time to remodel. Or at least fix noticeable damage! I am sure I am not the only one who has noticed the water damage and oppressive, steamy air! They defiantly charge enough for the pizzas, use some of that profit towards your place of work! Before this place of business ends up vacant take the time to get this place back to the way it should be! Such a shame, I wish this organization all the best! Local Guide.

Great food, great dairy, cozy little shop! Right across from park, with pokestop in reach. Everything is really great here!!
