Very helpful, wrote me in detail what was wrong before doing the work to make sure I approved the repair and cost, and had it back to me within reasonable time. I was very impressed with his service. I initially emailed and then didn't hear back right away. It was no big deal but if you're in a rush for repair then maybe call first. But I was fine with the response time. No complaints.
