Hampton Inn & Suites Milwaukee/Franklin

Very nice hotel. Everything was clean and satisfactory. There are two problems. The thermostat had a mind of it’s own even though it was set to off, but a call to the front desk did remedy that problem. Perhaps the best thing would be to ask them to let the guests know at the time of check in of this quirk. Also a bit of duct tape maybe handy to coverup the flashing light on the smoke detector which is directly over the bed. This is a problem which seems pervasive in newer Hampton Inn hotels.
