I have no personal experience with the actual law enforcement but your department needs formulate a proper training process for your police dispatchers. They're rude, uncouth and uneducated. Twice in the last year I have called to report animal cruelty. Once was when someone left their dog in the car with the windows up in 89 degree weather, and the other when someone left their dog in the car this winter, windows down, in 11 degree weather. Both times I was chastised by the your dispatch for "over reacting". This is how animals and children die. These people are disgrace to the common sensical citizens of this town.
